Over the course of more than 25 years, Renae has developed and commercialized medical device technologies-A male-dominated industry. She has been the only executive-level female in the boardroom more times than she cares to count. While she has had the privilege of working alongside some brilliant men, the truth is, earning respect from my boardroom peers has not always been easy.
